Tyre Retreading Machinery

Tyre retreading is a useful method applied to add another life of commercial tyres whose economic life has not expired. Commercial tyres and construction equipment tyres are removed from under the vehicle due to the wear on the tread that touches the ground during use. However, the tyre carcass will remain intact and usable. For this reason, by applying new tread rubber on the strong carcass, the tyre is provided with a life cycle at least as long as the life of the new tyre.

It is a method that not only gives a life time to used tyres, but also reduces the carbon footprint with its contribution to the environment. We manufacture tyre retreading machines for both commercial tyres and construction equipment tyres.
